Rev. Fr. Jeremiah Mpanga (Luka Bannabakintu) was born on 08th of July, 1989 in Our Lady of Consolation Katende Parish. He was nurtured and shaped by his parents, Mr. Kaweesa Joseph and Mrs. Naluwooza Fortunate Kaweesa, who instilled in him the values of faith, service, and compassion.
On 12th of August , 2017 he was ordained to the priesthood in the Archdiocese of Kampala, marking the beginning of his sacred journey in ministry. His first assignment was as an Assistant Parish Priest at Nabitalo Catholic Parish, where he dedicated himself to serving the community with humility and devotion.
Then, in 2023, he was elevated to the position of Parish Priest of Our Lady of Sorrows – Nabitalo Catholic Parish, a role he continues to fulfill with unwavering commitment, spiritual guidance, and deep compassion for his congregation.
His pursuit of knowledge has been integral to his calling. He earned a degree in Philosophy from Alokolum National Major Seminary and a degree in Theology from St. Paul’s National Major Seminary, Kinyamasika. Further enriching his understanding of faith and society, he obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Religious and Social Studies from Makerere University.

Rev. Fr. Joseph Jooga was appointed as the Assistant Parish Priest of Our Lady of Sorrows—Nabitalo Catholic Parish in 2022.
Born on 25th April, 1993 in Ggoli Parish, he pursued his studies in philosophy and theology at St. Mbaaga’s Major Seminary. He was ordained to the priesthood by Archbishop Paul Ssemogerere at Lubaga Cathedral on August 13th, 2022.
His dedication, service, and unwavering commitment to the parish are deeply admired and greatly appreciated by the community.
Currently, he is responsible for overseeing schools, youth programs, choirs, and the welfare of the elderly and grandparents within the parish.
